First I say hello to all my colleagues, and then I check my email.

I am always at my desk at 7 p.m. (seven o'clock).
First I check my email and my diary.
Then I have a coffee with my colleagues.

First I have a meeting with my team.
Then I check my BB and reply to important emails.
